Clarify the audience, problem, constraints, existing tools and what a useful outcome looks like.

02 — Define

Agree on scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, review points and acceptance criteria.

03 — Build

Create the content, workflow, integration or website components in an order that makes feedback practical.

04 — Review

Test expected paths and edge cases, review content quality and record any limitations.

05 — Handover

Provide final deliverables, setup instructions and a clear list of settings or external services the owner must maintain.
